Wackwitz was forced by pressure of the japanese to implement the project, which he [Wackwitz] finally did the job, wich ran smoothly between July 1942-September 1943. His official report to dutch colonial government on this project has never been published before. Very good copy, bound in private cloth. Very interesting.
