Although this reprint is an abridged edition after the original memorandum it still contains the most essential points of interest, e.g. Japan's preparation for colonial expansion in the Far East (China) and Southeast Asia, incl. mainland Southeast Asia. The political-military concept of a "Greater Asia" under japanese administration was already regocnized in the memorandum, which also can be considered as a prelude to the Pacific war 1942-1945.. Very good copy. (unobtrusive ex-library accession stamp at upper right corner of front cover).

The objective of this talk and film was to stimulate young engineers engaging jobs in non-european countries. Good copy.
