This political document published by the South Moluccan organization "Badan Persatuan R.M.S.", representing the South Moluccan Government in exile (in the Netherlands), strongly opposes the so-called "Wassenaar Agreement", as discussed by a Joint Dutch-Indonesian Committee at Djakarta November 1981, with as subject independence for the Moluccas, which was rejected by both the dutch and Indonesian government. Text partly in dutch and indonesia. Interesting.

A review of the first law-suit with as plaintinffs, the Ambonese population, represented by the lawyers of the Republic of the South Moluccas, or Republik Maluku Selatan (R.M.S.) vs. the "Koninklijke Paketvaart Maatschappij", K.P.M. being the most relevant documents bearing on the case. The heart of the matter was in fact if the South Moluccas were, in view of the transfer of sovereignty, agreed in december 1949, to the Republic of Indonesia, already an independent state. (the proclamation of independence for the South Moluccas was previously announced). If so, the Royal Steam Packet Navigation Company, K.P.M., liable of collaboration with the Republic Indonesia to overthrow the R.M.S., as there were no other means of transport of Indonesian armed forces to the Moluccas, than by this shipping-company. A very interesting brochure, still of historical value. Very good copy.

Privately published dutch language address to the dutch public in which author criticizes the lenient attitude of dutch Government towards Sukarno and the dutch-indonesian treaties of 1949 (Round Table Conference, RTC) and New York 1962, on which both partners promised self determination for the Moluccas and the former territory of Dutch New Guinea. Author concludes that both promises have been broken, thus causing repression of the South Moluccans in Holland and the Papuans in Irian Jaya. Very good copy. Scarce.
