Dutch language clandestine newsbulletin spread around in the still occupied Western zone of The Netherlands, still under nazi oppression, informing the dutch public about the progress of the war against nazi Germany, including political and practical topics for survival and resistence. News items were collected through London based dutch radio. Well preserved and rarely found. (paper yellowing with age, NO signs of brittleness however).

All issues well preserved. A nice collection.

Original chromolithograph featuring numerous military sceneries of wartheatres: dutch troops and indonesian adversaries, cavalry, field hospitals and foritifications, a mosque and a palace, artillery, advancing/retreating troops, etc. etc. Game rules printed at lift and right part of tail margin, game track of 99 stations, finish at top marging illustrating a battle at a beach. Lithographed by Ellerman, Harms & Co., Amsterdam.
Original chromolithographed and scenic table wargame illustrating military actions by the Royal Dutch East Indies' Army at the end of the nineteenth century, probably the Ace-war, North Sumatra, the sole major uprising at the time the dutch had to deal with. Good and fresh copy. (a bit wrinkled in plates, some skilful restorations to folds).

Besides official [local] public decrees, laws and by-laws, regulations communications include detailed personalia (names, addresses and postings) of civil municipal servants in the liberated areas of The Netherlands between 1944-1945.
Almost complete set of this dutch language military authority official communications to the Population of the Liberated parts of The Netherlands 1944-1946 by which decrees, regulations, laws and by-laws have been communicated by the temporary Dutch Military command, thus filling the gap between normal regular Civil administration and the population. Military Command was established by dutch Government in exile in London during the Second Worldwar, foreseeing big administrative problems in the liberated areas, thus transferring by law Government to the Military Authority, with as Chief-of-Staff the Major-General H.J.Kruls. Irregularly published. In good condition (LACKS nr. 45 only, the last to be published, some occasional fraying to extremities).

Actual week-by-week calendar mounted in centre at on lower part (17,5x12cm.), biblical reference and extensive explanation printed on versos of each calender-leave. 12 large coloured plates, 25x21cm, all after original paintings and watercolours by a.o. W.G. Hofker, Menno van Meeteren Brouwer, depict. Indonesian sceneries, versos blank. Perforations at top-margins of calendar and plates completely intact.
This calendar, produced for indonesian christians, published by command of the Dutch reformed missionary society at Oegstgeest, the Netherlands, is a beautiful piece of christian publishing. Few copies will have survived. In EXCELLENT condition.Very rare. (lower left corner with a bump, but skilfully restored).

S.I., Nederlandse Rode Kruis, [circa]], 1950 Original commemmorative medal issued by Dutch Red Cross Headquarters installed 31 March 1950. Coloured metal cross, date in centre 1940-1945, size 41x41mm. with original bi-coloured ribbon. SCAN AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
This commemmorative cross, 1940-1945 has been awarded to [dutch] civilians honouring their outstanding human aid to refugees and displaced persons caused by the german nazi attack on the Netherlands 1940, the occupation of Holland 1940-1945 and the period of liberation. The medal has been installed 31 March 1950 and was the successor of the one installed in 1942, covering the period 1939-1940. After the end of the dutch-indonesian [armed] dispute 1945-1950 a bar was issued commemmorating this period, inscribed :"INDONESIË 1945-1950". According to records some 10.700 crosses have been awarded, of which approx. 1.200 with the bar. In very fine condion.

WITH: Officieele Feestgids uitgegeven namens de huldigings-commissie 1923 Amsterdam voor de Feestelijke Huldiging van Hare Majesteit de Koningin te Amsterdam, ter gelegenheid van Haar Vijf en Twintigjarig Regeerings-jubileum in September 1923. Amsterdam, Van Holkema en Warendorf, 1923. sm.8°. Orig. orange coloured pictorial wraps. 64pp. 2 plates, 1 text-ill., double-p. plan of Amsterdam, name-lists of committee-members involved in the festivities, [24]pp. of sponsoring advertism., of which illustrated and printed on various colours of paper. (A scan is available upon request).
Large coloured print being a remembrance to 25th year of reign by Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands. Text printed in upper margin, with in centre a monument flanked by the dutch national flag and the Royal orange-coloured banner. Two population-groups of all ranks and files address the central monument: on the left the colonial Indonesian native population of all possible races in regional dress, on the right the dutch population. A very nice and interesting Tribute-print designed and drawn by J.H. Isings. Good condition. With the officiall Programme to the festivities, however NOT illustrated by Isings. (vertical tear in upper margin skilfully restored with acid-free clear tape).
