Signed by the late Queen Juliana of the Netherlands, dutch and indonesian delegates at Amsterdam, and at Djakarta by Her Majesty's High Representavive Lovink. Photographs illustrate both ceremonies, the motorcade of the first President of the R.I.S. Ir. Sukarno entering Djakarta and many other official and ceremonial events. Very good copy. Rare.

The First, introductory, or "zero" issue of tri-monthly Bulletin, published by the dutch colonial Commision for the promotion of Migration and Colonisation of indonesian natives [from java and madura to the so[called "Buitengewesten", Outer-Provinces, was rather short-lived: the KITLV Institute Library lists year 1(1938). number 1 only, but at least 7 issues of this quarterly have been published. This first issue propagates migration and colonization to a.o. Sulawesi, Sumatra (Lampung, PalembangBelitung,), Very good copy. Scarce.
